Delivery & Pick-up

At New Look Furniture, we are pleased to offer convenient Delivery and Pick-Up options for our customers. Please note that all purchases must be received within 30 days of purchase.

Delivery

We highly recommend selecting our delivery service for a hassle-free experience. The process includes the following:

  • Courtesy Call: Our office will call you the business day before your scheduled delivery to confirm the details.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so by 10:00 a.m. the business day before your scheduled delivery. Failure to confirm changes on time may result in a redelivery fee.
  • Delivery Hours: Deliveries are made between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. You will receive a call from our delivery team approximately 30 minutes before they arrive.
  • Delivery Process: Our experienced Delivery Teams will carefully unload, inspect, and assemble your furniture at your home, addressing any concerns at that time. No split deliveries—all items will be delivered in one visit.
  • Additional Services: If you require additional services, such as moving existing furniture, multi-flight deliveries, or special placement, please contact us for pricing and availability. Additional services require a signed waiver and are not included in standard delivery.

Pick-Up

For customers who prefer to pick up their items, we offer an on-site pick-up option at our Distribution Center. Here's what you need to know:

  • Pick-Up Location: Our Distribution Center is located at 1115 N Martin Luther King Hwy, Lake Charles, LA 70601, and is open Monday – Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Pick-Up Procedure: After purchase, you will receive a pink pick-up slip in-store. This slip must be brought to the designated warehouse pick-up location. A duplicate copy will not be issued if you lose this slip. Please only request the slip if you are ready to pick up immediately.
  • Inspection: Before loading, please thoroughly inspect your merchandise for any obvious damage. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe transportation of your items. We do not provide transportation or delivery services for items picked up at the warehouse.
  • Loading Assistance: A warehouse associate will be available to assist with loading during normal business hours. If you arrange to pick up outside of these hours, you must bring your own help to load the furniture.
  • Safety Supplies: You are responsible for providing your own blankets, tie-downs, or other supplies for transporting the merchandise. We offer complimentary tie-down string, but we recommend additional securement for long trips.

Service and Warranty for Picked-Up Items

  • Inspection, Service & Warranty: If any merchandise picked up from the showroom or Distribution Center requires inspection, service, or warranty work, it must be returned to the Distribution Center after scheduling an appointment. Service requests for in-home inspections, service, or warranty work for picked-up items will incur a minimum fee of $149 (or more depending on the number of items and location).
  • Complimentary Service: Delivered items may include complimentary in-home service within 1 year of the original delivery. However, picked-up items do not include complimentary transportation or in-home service.

Furniture & Mattress Disposal

We are unable to dispose of used furniture or mattresses. We recommend contacting the following local organizations for disposal:
