New Look Furniture gladly offers Delivery and Pick-up options to accommodate our customers.
All purchases are to be received within 30 days of purchase.
Delivery
We highly recommend choosing our delivery option. Our office will give a courtesy call the business day before your delivery as a reminder and to confirm all details related to your delivery. If a delivery needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, it must be done and confirmed before 10:00 a.m. the business day before or a redelivery fee may be added to your account. Items pulled, unboxed, and restocked more times than needed, can result in damage to your furniture! Deliveries take place from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and you will receive a phone call from our Delivery Team about 30 minutes before they arrive.
Our Delivery Teams have many years of experience in delivering and assembling furniture. Our trucks load up at our distribution center, right here in Lake Charles. Our team will carefully unpack and inspect your new items, assemble and place the items in your home, and address any concerns with your furniture while still in the home. No split deliveries!
If any extra services are needed, please contact us directly for pricing and availability. A waiver will need to be signed for additional services. Services NOT included in our standard delivery, include but not limited to, moving of existing furniture, multi flight home delivery, and multi view placement of furniture.
Pick-Up
Pick up is convenient and on site! In stock items can be picked up immediately following purchase. Our Distribution Center is open Monday – Saturday 9 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and located at 1115 N Martin Luther King Hwy Lake Charles, LA 70601. When you come to pick up, you will be given a pink pick up slip in the store, to bring to the designated warehouse pick up location. A duplicate copy WILL NOT be made if you lose this slip! Please do not request this slip if you are not immediately going to pick up.
Customers picking up items at our showroom or Distribution Center must thoroughly inspect merchandise for obvious damage before loading! It is your responsibility to ensure the safe loading, transportation and delivery of the merchandise to your home. You are responsible for providing the necessary blankets, tie downs, or other supplies needed to safely transport your merchandise. Our team does have complimentary tie down string, but we do not recommend this alone for long trips. A warehouse associate is available to assist you in loading your furniture during normal business hours. If you make special arrangements for pickup outside of normal hours, you will need to bring adequate assistance to load your purchase into your vehicle.
Any merchandise picked up from our showroom or Distribution Center requiring inspection, service and/or warranty work must be returned to the Distribution Center after making an appointment. Requests for in-home inspections, service and/ or warranty work or to have merchandise picked-up, carry a minimum fee of $149 or more depending on the number of items and location of pick-up. In-home service or warranty work does not include complimentary transportation on picked up items. Delivered items may include complimentary transportation or in-home service within 1 year of original delivery.
We cannot dispose of used furniture or mattresses.
