Store Policy

The following policies apply to all purchases made at New Look Furniture. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

Delivery Policy

Delivery by New Look Furniture’s professional delivery team is recommended. Standard delivery fees apply. Additional fees apply for same-day delivery, special delivery requests, or non-standard delivery conditions.

Delivery personnel are insured only to deliver and set up merchandise purchased from New Look Furniture. Delivery personnel are not permitted to move, remove, or rearrange existing furniture, personal property, or household items.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery paths, doorways, stairways, and rooms are clear, accessible, and suitable for delivery and installation prior to arrival. New Look Furniture reserves the right to refuse or reschedule delivery if conditions are unsafe or inaccessible.

New Look Furniture does not provide removal or disposal of used mattresses, foundations, or furniture. All existing items must be removed prior to delivery.

Deliveries canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date are subject to additional delivery fees. All fees must be paid in full before a new delivery date will be scheduled.

Merchandise Acceptance Policy

All merchandise must be inspected at the time of delivery or pickup.

At delivery, the customer or authorized recipient must sign a Delivery Receipt/Work Order. Any damage to merchandise, personal property, or premises must be noted on the receipt prior to the delivery team leaving the property and reported immediately.

For customer pickups, merchandise must be inspected prior to leaving the store or warehouse. Once merchandise leaves New Look Furniture’s premises, it is under the customer’s possession and control. New Look Furniture is not responsible for damage discovered after departure.

Special Orders

All special orders are final and non-cancelable.

Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed and are subject to manufacturer production schedules and transportation delays. Some special orders may require 12 weeks or longer.

A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all special orders.

Special sizes include but are not limited to Twin XL, Full XL, Split Queen, Split King, California King, Split California King, adjustable bases, and all custom sizes.

Layaway Policy

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of purchase.

Layaway purchases must be paid in full and scheduled for pickup or delivery within 90 days of the original purchase date. A minimum of 21 days’ notice is required.

Floor models, special purchases, clearance merchandise, and accessories are not eligible for layaway.

Labor and Service Call Charges

Labor and service call charges are covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

After one year, service and repair work is subject to a labor charge of $50 per hour.

Return Policy

All sales are final. New Look Furniture does not issue refunds.

In-store credit may be issued at New Look Furniture’s discretion.

Reselection requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. Additional
delivery fees may apply. A restocking or cancellation fee of up to 20% may apply.

Bedding products, clearance items, and merchandise sold as-is are non-returnable.

As-Is Merchandise

All as-is, clearance, and floor sample merchandise is sold final. No refunds, exchanges, or warranties apply.

Furniture Warranty

Upholstery components are covered per the manufacturer’s warranty. Case goods are warranted for one (1) year against manufacturer defects.

Mattress Warranty

Mattresses are covered by manufacturer warranties only. Mattresses that are stained, soiled, damaged, or improperly supported may void coverage.

Warranty determinations are made by the manufacturer, not by New Look Furniture. Approved warranty exchanges are subject to delivery fees.

Comfort Exchange Guarantee

Comfort exchanges are honored only when offered by the manufacturer for the specific model purchased.

A minimum 30-night sleep period is required. Exchanges must be completed within 90 days and are limited to one (1) exchange.

A transportation charge of $250 applies to all comfort exchanges. 

Special orders, clearance items, floor models, adjustable bases, protectors, furniture, pillows, accessories, and delivery fees are excluded.

Comfort Exchange Guarantee

No warranties, returns, exchanges, or comfort guarantees apply to merchandise purchased for commercial use or commercial accounts.
